La’Ciara, lovingly known as Ms. 31 Status, is a powerful voice called to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ with unwavering boldness and fervency. Her passion is to see women healed, restored, and thriving in their God-given identity—especially those who feel stuck, overlooked, or forgotten. For over 10 years, she has poured into women from all walks of life—through group homes, nonprofit outreach, and the local church—igniting hope where there was once despair. La’Ciara is fiercely committed to seeing women break free, grow spiritually, and step boldly into the transformation God designed for them.

Recognizing the need for biblical mentorship and real transformation, she founded 31 Reasons LLC in 2019—a faith-based movement and business dedicated to helping women break cycles of stagnation and rise into the fullness of God’s calling on their lives. Through her authentic voice and deep love for scripture, she teaches principles rooted in the Word of God, encouraging women to not settle, but to be renewed, empowered, and spiritually equipped.
